CreatorIQ is the leading software platform for global enterprises to manage and scale their creator marketing efforts. Trusted by the world’s largest brands and agencies, we empower marketing teams to drive measurable business impact through authentic content and trusted relationships with creators.

As the creator economy accelerates, so does our ambition. We’re powering the shift from ad-first to creator-first marketing by building the most scalable, secure, and intelligent platform in the industry.

Chief Technology Officer

We seek a world-class Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our global engineering and technical operations. This role is central to our future, not only in delivering performance, scale, and security but also in shaping the next generation of enterprise-grade creator marketing infrastructure.

This is a unique opportunity for a CTO who thrives in a high-growth SaaS environment, understands the nuances of the creator economy, and is ready to lead a dispersed, high-performing engineering team across Ukraine, Poland, and beyond. The ideal candidate brings not only deep technical acumen but also the customer-facing presence required to partner with strategic clients and support our go-to-market efforts.

In this role, you’ll get to:

Technology & Engineering Leadership

  • Own all aspects of technical execution and platform delivery (Engineering, Security, DevOps, CloudOps, QA, and Architecture) working in close partnership with Product on roadmap alignment and delivery strategy.

  • Lead a globally distributed engineering organization with our major hubs in the US, Poland and Ukraine.

  • Define and execute a long-term technology vision that enables platform unification, enterprise scalability, and innovation in AI, data, and infrastructure.

  • Own and drive long-term architectural vision, including consolidation of legacy systems, rationalization of tech stacks, and reduction of operational complexity.

  • Evaluate and introduce modern development frameworks and tooling that enhance developer productivity and system maintainability.

  • Partner closely with the Chief Product Officer (CPO) to ensure alignment between technical execution and the product vision and roadmap.

Organizational Scale & Culture

  • Build and mentor a high-performing, collaborative, and resilient engineering culture that thrives in distributed environments.

  • Foster a culture of ownership, technical excellence, and deep client empathy—enabling teams to move fast while building responsibly at scale.

  • Mentor senior technical leaders, to scale architectural rigor and alignment across engineering teams

  • Define and enforce engineering best practices, operational excellence, and agile methodologies.

  • Champion engineering and architectural standards that enable speed today and scalability tomorrow.

Customer & Market Alignment

  • Engage directly with strategic customers and prospects, particularly in technical diligence, roadmap alignment, and enterprise architecture discussions.

  • Partner with Customer Success and Sales to support complex deployments and integrations.

  • Champion applied use of AI/ML to power product intelligence, automation, brand safety, and content insights, especially in multimodal contexts.

  • Articulate how our evolving architecture supports enterprise-grade scalability, speed, and competitive differentiation.

Governance, Security & Quality

  • Oversee system reliability, uptime, and security compliance across all environments.

  • Drive continuous improvement in software quality and deployment velocity.

  • Maintain and evolve our cloud infrastructure (primarily AWS) and associated DevOps practices.

  • Drive architectural resilience through adoption of scalable patterns such as microservices, event-driven design, and modern data architectures.

Who you are and what you’ll need for this position:
  • 15+ years of experience in software engineering and R&D, with 5+ years in senior technology leadership (SVP or CTO level).

  • Proven success leading enterprise-grade high-scale SaaS platforms.

  • Experience leading architecture and platform unification in complex, multi-product or post-M&A SaaS environments.

  • Deep experience managing and scaling distributed engineering teams — preferably with experience in Ukraine, Poland, or similar international hubs.

  • Skilled in communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences, including board members, executive stakeholders, and enterprise clients.

  • Equally comfortable with strategic architecture decisions and diving deep into technical design challenges.

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly in working alongside Product, Sales, and Customer Success.

  • Expertise in modern cloud architecture (AWS preferred), CI/CD, microservices, data infrastructure, and application security.

  • Ability to travel as needed to lead your organization and customer engagement.

  • Passionate about the creator economy, the power of influencer marketing, and the transformative potential of authentic content.

Why Join Us:
