Job Summary

ActiveProspect is seeking a strategic, relationship-driven Director of Partnerships  to build and lead our new partner program. This role will build and manage a partner program for ActiveProspect. Partnerships will initially focus on publishers and complementary service providers. Publishers are companies that generate leads on their websites on a performance (CPL) basis. They primarily operate in B2C verticals like home services, insurance, financial services, and more. Complimentary service providers include offerings that are often used in conjunction with our offerings like call center software, SMS platforms, data analytics and lead scoring services, etc. 


The primary goal of this role is to drive program participation by providing value to participating partners, increase adoption of TrustedForm, increase participation on our platform, and ultimately drive customer referrals.  Referrals are a primary source of customers and this role will help dramatically scale this channel. 

Responsibilities:

  • Program Build and Management
    • Develop and manage a partner program that drives revenue through partner referrals.
    • Interview partners to identify motivating incentives for program benefits
    • Define partnership levels/ tiers to incentivize desired behavior.
    • Develop a system for tracking and revenue attribution and work with our internal team to ensure participation.
    • Report program success and recommend strategic improvements in alignment with company OKRs.
       
  • Partner Development & Enablement
    • Serve as the main point of contact and strategic advisor to partners.
    • Establish relationships with new partners and encourage them to participate on our platform.
    • Maintain relationships with existing partners to ensure their needs are being met.
    • Educate publishers on best practices when using our products to improve performance.
       
  • Referral Introductions
    • Leverage partner management tools to surface mutual customer and prospect accounts from partners.
    • Act as matchmaker, introducing buyers to publishers and vice versa.
    • Drive customer referrals from publishers. 
    • Collaborate with the sales team to convert those referrals into new customers and provide feedback to partners on quality.
       
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
    • Work with Customer Success, Sales, and Product to ensure seamless partner and buyer experiences.
    • Provide feedback to the product team on publisher and market needs.
    • Work with revenue operations to ensure proper attribution of referrals. 
    • Work with product marketing and marketing to ensure continued enablement of partners on our current solutions and value prop messaging for publishers.
       

 

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Pipeline Growth and Attribution
    • Increase pipeline attributed growth from referrals
    • Increase ARR attribution from referral sources
    • Increase revenue buyers connected to publisher partners
  • Publisher-to-Buyer Expansion
    • Increase number of connections between publishers and buyers
    • Referral-to-customer conversion rate
    • Total certificate volume passed through publishers and retained by buyers
  • Partner Engagement
    • Number of program participants
    • Number of publishers passing TrustedForm certificates
    • Partner NPS / satisfaction score
    • Retention rate of active publisher partners

Qualifications and Skills

  • 5-7 years in partner management, affiliate management, or B2B account management — ideally in performance marketing, lead gen, or SaaS
  • Experience implementing and using tools like Crossbeam and Allbound preferred
  • Strong understanding of online lead generation, form tracking, and affiliate ecosystems
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills
  • Technical aptitude – comfortable talking about scripts, lead flow and integrations, CRMs, etc.
  • Proactive, curious, and motivated to help partners succeed
