About the Role:

We’re looking for a driven, high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our expanding Go-To-Market team. As a founding SDR at Synthflow AI, you’ll play a crucial role in growing our customer base by identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities for our groundbreaking AI solution.

This role is ideal for a seasoned SDR ready to step into a foundational role, shaping our sales strategies and making a significant impact. You will thrive on building relationships with potential clients in a fast-paced, innovative environment, perfect for advancing your career in sales.

What you’ll do:

  • Conduct outreach to potential customers through various channels including cold calling, email, and social media

  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for Account Executives

  • Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest in our products and services

  • Maintain a high volume of activity including calls, emails, and social touches

  • Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities and scheduled meetings

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align on campaigns and messaging

  • Accurately enter and update lead information in our CRM system

  • Stay up-to-date with product offerings and industry trends

You may be a good fit if you:

  • Have 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer services or a related field

  • Have excellent and concise communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Are self-motivated with a drive to succeed and knack for building relationships
