As a Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for a variety of tasks including but not limited to:

  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing and motivating Account Executives for higher-level results
  • Assist Account Executives in planning their day, coaching them to success, and motivating them to hit their goals. 
  • Consistently monitoring Daily Task and Activities for completion and follow through to ensure no gaps or missed opportunities.  
  • Partner with Sales Leadership on business planning and strategy for the Sales Organization.
  • Effectively communicate sales direction and procedural changes both individually to staff and in group settings once a week.    
  • Accountable for pipeline management, reporting, and action plans.
  • Recognize training opportunities by handling case by case and collaborating with management for complete coverage.
  • Assist Senior Leadership in all facets of sales planning, inclusive of regular updates to quotas, headcount, and sales plans
  • Presenting sales results and data to leadership and analyzing trends for improved results.
  • Accountable for owning several programs and processes while identifying, defining, and implementing scalable improvements for our organization

Our ideal candidate has:

  • 3+ years of proven experience in sales management in an inside sales environment
  • Experience in forecasting, data analytics, and modeling
  • Passion for coaching sales techniques, pioneering innovative, highly effective tools processes
  • An innate desire to help others succeed, and gain a tremendous sense of accomplishment when they do as a result of your work
  • A proven track record of being able to enhance a sales playbook inclusive of scripting, rebuttal training, and sequences.
  • The ability to utilize data insights to drive decision-making and can give examples of how you have done this in the past.
  • The ability to take on multiple projects at a time because you are highly organized, prioritize your tasks, and communicate when you need help
  • Excellent communications skills including, presenting, editing, and writing as well as accuracy and attention to detail required

Important Details:

  • You must reside in Austin or be willing to self-relocate
  • You must be willing to work 80% in the office (we offer 1 day Work-from-home/week)
