Summary of Role:

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing solutions within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem. This role demands deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CSE, Project Operations, Portals, Power Platform, Model Driven Apps, PCF Controls, and related technologies. The ideal candidate will excel at crafting innovative solutions to complex problems, guiding technical teams, and driving cross-functional collaboration using Agile methodologies.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Design and Architecture: Develop comprehensive solution architectures for Dynamics 365 implementations, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage Dynamics 365 projects, including planning, execution, and delivery within defined scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure Dynamics 365 applications, including entities, forms, workflows, business rules, and plugins.
  • Integration: Design and implement integrations with other systems using Azure, Function Apps, Logic Apps, Power Automate, and Boomi.
  • Development: Develop and maintain custom code using C#, .NET, TypeScript, JavaScript, and React.
  • Documentation: Create and manage Functional Design Documents (FDD), Technical Design Documents (TDD), and End-to-End process documentation.
  • Proof of Concepts and Prototypes: Develop Proof of Concepts (POC) and prototypes to validate solutions and guide technology roadmap planning.
  • Application Lifecycle Management (ALM): Implement and manage ALM best practices using Azure DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and releases.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Guide technical teams to deliver innovative solutions and drive new ways of thinking across Microsoft technologies.
  • Data Management: Oversee data migration, data modeling, and data integration activities to ensure accurate and efficient data handling.
  • Support and Training: Provide ongoing support and training to users to ensure optimal utilization of Dynamics 365 applications.

Other Responsibilities:

Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

Required Qualification:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions architecture and implementation.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CSE, Project Operations, Portals, Power Platform, Model Driven Apps, and PCF Controls.
    • Strong knowledge of lead, contact, account, opportunity, contract, pipeline management, and forecasting modules.
    • Experience with Azure services, Function Apps, Logic Apps, Power Automate, and integrations using Boomi.
    • Proficiency in Dynamics 365 plugins, workflows, and business rules.
    • Expertise in coding languages such as C#, .NET, TypeScript, JavaScript, and React.
    • Understanding of custom APIs and JSON payloads.
  • Documentation Skills: Proven experience in creating Functional Design Documents (FDD), Technical Design Documents (TDD), and End-to-End process documentation.
  • ALM Skills: Strong experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) best practices using Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment/release management.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Certifications: Relevant Microsoft certifications are highly desirable.

Expected Salary Range

$106,100.00 - $200,000.00
